Ingredients
Fish oil standardised at 35% EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 25% DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), evening primrose oil standardised at 10% GLA (gammalinolenic acid), linseed oil, glycerine, D-alpha tocopherol; capsule: gelatine.

Directions
1 capsule daily during or after a meal, swallowed with a large amount of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
