DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
One (1) capsule daily, preferably with a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Food supplements must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet

Directions
As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) softgel one to two times daily, preferably with meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
