SOLGAR Prenatal Nutrients is a tablet formula from the brand Solgar, packaged in a box of 120 tablets. Each serving of 4 tablets provides a combination of vitamins including Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, and the B-vitamin group, alongside minerals such as calcium, iron, iodine, magnesium, zinc, selenium, copper, manganese, chromium, sodium and potassium.
The formula also includes inositol, choline bitartrate, and a soy protein isolate providing a range of amino acids. Other ingredients used in the tablet base include microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable cellulose, vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate, silica, choline bitartrate, fruit & vegetable juice (color), spirulina extract (color), vegetable glycerin, carnauba wax, and mannitol.

Directions
As a dietary supplement for pregnant and lactating women, take four (4) tablets daily, preferably with a meal or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Serving size: 4 tablets. Servings per container: 30.
