Swanson Ultimate 16 Strain Formula is a capsule-form product containing FOS (Fructooligosaccharides) together with sixteen different bacterial strains, including various Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus, Lactococcus and Streptococcus species. Each pack contains 60 capsules.

Additional ingredients include microcrystalline cellulose (plant fiber), a vegetable capsule (hypromellose, gellan gum), ConcenTrace® Trace Minerals, alfalfa, silica and magnesium stearate.
