SWANSON Super DHA is a softgel supplement supplied in a pack of 30 capsules. Each capsule contains Calamarine EE Marine Oil (sea squid oil) 1.22 g, providing Total Omega-3 Fatty Acids (as ethyl esters EE) 675 mg, of which DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) 500 mg, EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) 125 mg, and Other Omega-3 Fatty Acids 50 mg.

Other ingredients include:

• Sea squid oil
• Capsule shell: gelatin
• Humectant: glycerol
• Purified (deionized) water
• Natural lemon flavoring
• Proprietary antioxidant blend (rosemary extract, tocopherols, sunflower lecithin, ascorbyl palmitate)

Allergens

Contains shellfish (squid/calamari). Note: older US label version also declares soy (natural tocopherols from soy); current EU label version uses sunflower-derived tocopherols and declares shellfish only.

Directions

Take 1 softgel capsule per day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.

Warnings

For adults only. Pregnant or breastfeeding women, people who are ill or taking medications (especially blood-thinning medications) should consult a doctor before taking this product. This product cannot be used as a substitute for a properly varied diet. Keep out of reach of small children.
