Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise, with a daily intake of at least 3g. Whether you prefer a maintenance dose of 3g or a full serving of 5g on training days, the flexible dosing guide gives you control over your intake.
Completely free from flavourings and artificial colours, sweeteners, fillers and additives, this creatine powder is suitable for vegans and vegetarians and is naturally gluten-free and lactose-free. Mix it into any shake, pre-workout or post-workout drink without affecting the taste.
