Usage & Dosage

Take one scoop of NaughtyBoy® Hydration (8.5g) with 400ml of chilled water and mix. Adjust the amount of liquid to suit your taste. Consume during or after training; daily consumption may vary depending on the frequency, duration and intensity of exercise. NaughtyBoy® Hydration can also be consumed on non-training days.
