Skill Nutrition EAA + Electrolytes provides a complete blend of all nine essential amino acids (6500 mg per serving) combined with a full electrolyte profile, in a refreshing powder with Pink Lemonade flavour. Essential amino acids are those the body cannot produce on its own and must be obtained through diet or supplements, making this formula a practical addition to an active lifestyle.
Each 15 g serving also contains 1000 mg L-glutamine along with important electrolytes — sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium and magnesium. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and functioning of the nervous system. Calcium contributes to normal muscle function. Potassium contributes to normal muscle function and functioning of the nervous system. Usage & Dosage
15 g (1 scoop). Dissolve the powder in 500 ml cold water. Consume during or after training. On rest days, consume in the morning.
