Directions
Recommended daily intake: 16 g (3 scoops / 1 sachet). Dissolve powder into 300 ml of water. Drink around 30 minutes before workout.

Store in a dark and dry place at room temperature, out of the reach of young children. Do not discard desiccant. Use within 2 months after opening.
