Vitamin D3 is obtained from lanolin, while vitamin K2 is obtained from Natto - meaning they are of natural origin.

D3 and K2 are fat-soluble vitamins.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Shake vigorously before use. Measure out 5 drops with a spoon and consume directly or add to a cold meal (for example, to a salad).
