Super B Extra is a vegan tablet product from Cytoplan, presented in a pack of 180 tabs.

Inactivated Lactobacillus bulgaricus combined with magnesium citrate, sodium molybdate (providing molybdenum), vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCl), vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid), inositol, zinc citrate, vitamin B2 (riboflavin), ferrous fumarate (providing iron), potassium iodide (providing iodine), vitamin B1 (as thiamin HCl), chromium III chloride, manganese chloride, folic acid (as folate), vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin), beta carotene combined with carrot concentrate, inactivated Saccharomyces cerevisiae (combined with selenium), para-aminobenzoic acid (PABA), vitamin B3 (as niacinamide), choline and biotin, citrus bioflavonoids, stearic acid, silicon dioxide, plant cellulose (capsule shell), sodium carboxymethyl cellulose.
Allergens
Free from: wheat, gluten, soy, live yeast, dairy, added sugars, colourings, flavourings and preservatives.
Directions
2–4 tablets daily, or a lower dose if combined with another multi, such as Cyto Gold, or take as directed by a practitioner. Take with food for optimal absorption.
