Usage & Dosage
Bath: Add 250g Magnesium Muscle Flakes (approximately 2 cups) per bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. The amount can be adjusted as desired.
Foot bath: Add 150g Magnesium Muscle Flakes (approximately 1 cup) to approx. 5 litres of water, enough to cover the feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes.
