Carb X mixes easily in 500ml of water, giving a smooth drink with a low osmolality value that sits comfortably during training. With sucralose for sweetness and natural colouring, the formula remains free from added sugar and artificial colours.

Usage & Dosage
Mix 1 scoop (25g) with 500ml of water in an Applied Nutrition shaker or jug and consume before, during and after training for best results. Also recommended to be taken together with i-Drive™ for maximum results. *Scoops are approximate measures only, a scale is recommended.
