Full Spectrum Curcumin by Solgar is a supplement presented in softgel form, supplied in a pack of 30 caps.

Each softgel contains Full Spectrum Curcumin, made from Turmeric Extract (Curcuma longa) [rhizome] with Polysorbate 80 as an emulsifier, encased in a Vegetable Cellulose shell.

Directions

As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) LiCaps® capsule one to two times daily, preferably with meals or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
