Ingredients:
Vitamin C (as L-ascorbic acid), rosehip powder, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; coating: vegetable cellulose; glycerol.

Directions for use:
Half (1/2) a tablet daily, preferably with a meal.

Directions
As a food supplement for adults, take one (1) tablet daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Note: Polish label states half (1/2) tablet daily as serving reference for EU NRV calculations.
