Omega 3-6-9 by Solgar is a softgel supplement made from a blend of fish oil (from anchovy, mackerel and sardines), flaxseed oil and borage oil. Each pack contains 60 softgel capsules.

Directions

As a dietary supplement for adults, take three (3) softgels daily, preferably with a meal, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
