Solgar Ester C Plus is a vitamin C supplement, provided as Ester-C® calcium ascorbate at 500 mg per capsule. Each pack contains 100 capsules.

The formula includes:

• Vitamin C (as Ester-C® calcium ascorbate)
• Citrus Bioflavonoid Complex
• Acerola Extract (Malpighia glabra) (fruit)
• Rose Hips (fruit)
• Rutin

Other ingredients: Vegetable Cellulose, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Silica.

Directions

As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) vegetable capsule two times daily, preferably with meals or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
