Ingredients:
Choline (as choline bitartrate), inositol, bulking agent (cellulose of plant origin), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids of plant origin).

Directions for use:
Two (2) capsules daily, preferably with a meal.

Directions

As a food supplement for adults, take one (1) to three (3) vegetable capsules daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Polish label recommends two (2) capsules daily, preferably with a meal.
