Rule One Essential Amino 9 offers a complete blend of the nine essential amino acids (EAAs) — the amino acids your body cannot produce on its own and must obtain through diet or supplementation. Each serving provides 7,500 mg of EAAs, including 2,500 mg of L-Leucine, along with a complete profile of the other eight essential amino acids, for a complete amino acid formula.
In addition to the EAA blend, Essential Amino 9 contains a 500 mg electrolyte blend made up of Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride and Magnesium Oxide.
