Rule One Essential Amino 9 provides a complete blend of all nine essential amino acids (EAA) — the amino acids the body cannot produce itself and which must be supplied through diet or supplements. Each serving provides 7 500mg EAA, including L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine.
The fresh Fruit Punch flavour mixes easily with cold water, making it convenient to use before, during or after training.
