Rule One Energized Amino is a refreshing amino acid powder with watermelon flavour. Each serving provides a 5,500 mg Total Amino Acid Blend — including BCAA (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine), L-Glutamine, L-Citrulline and Taurine — together with 120 mg caffeine from Tea Leaf and Green Coffee Bean Extracts.
The formula also contains Beta-Alanine and essential amino acids such as L-Lysine, L-Threonine and L-Phenylalanine, providing a complete amino acid profile.
