Rule One Pump is a stimulant-free pre-workout powder in Grape flavour. Each container contains 30 servings and is designed to mix easily into water or a sports drink and be taken before training.

Each scoop contains 3,000 mg L-Citrulline, 1,000 mg patented Nitrosigine® (Inositol-Arginine Silicate), 2,000 mg Taurine, plus additional ingredients including Pine Bark Extract, Whole Grape Extract and L-Norvaline. The formula also contains the unique botanical blend S7™ and AstraGin® (a combination of Astragalus membranaceus and Panax notoginseng root extracts).

Rule One Pump contains no stimulants, making it a flexible choice for athletes who prefer to train at any time of day or who want to manage their caffeine intake separately. Usage & Dosage

Mix one (1) scoop with 240–360 ml (8–12 oz) of cold water or your favourite sports drink and take before training. Best taken approximately 15–20 minutes before training.
